Working pattern: 22.5 hours per week (Wednesday - Friday)
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to support the effective operation of the fire safety management system by ensuring functionality meets requirements, implementing data quality processes, supplier liaison, managing reporting functions and supporting system users.
In this role, you will assist the Fire Safety Technical Officer to produce legislative fire safety policies, procedures and training and provide technical support to the Protection Team. You will be the database administrator for the fire safety management system, working with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure data quality, manage access control, lead on system functionality development, facilitate production of performance information and provide user support.
You will have in-depth experience in CRM administrator or database administrator role, including ensuring data quality, access management, system development, producing performance information and user support. You will also have in-depth experience in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or similar).You will be educated to A level standard or equivalent.
This is a public-facing role and it is essential to have the ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
